Within 15-30 minutes, RePLAY will cure in recommended spraying conditions, and the flow of traffic can resume. Lane drop time decreases considerably compared to other conventional preservation methods.

And after it has been sprayed, there’s no need to spread a sand layer like with petroleum-based products, saving time previously wasted. RePLAY is easily applied with our spray system that can be controlled from the cab of the truck. No longer is it necessary to have another person riding on back ensuring accurate application.
